Forgot My ID or Password

We can email your Castle Learning Online ID and Password to you if you have previously specified your email address in your Castle Learning Online Profile.

If your Profile does not include your email address, ask your teacher to look up your ID and to clear your Password. Please check with your teacher if you are not sure if a Castle Learning Online ID has been assigned to you. If you have a personal subscription (not through your school), contact Technical Support.

If your Password is cleared, you will be prompted to set a new Password the next time you sign in.
